Tracy Craig is responsible for leading various SCB projects, primarily in the areas of Change Management and Human Capital. Tracy brings her more than 20 years of Deloitte Consulting and internal corporate leadership expertise to develop and implement strategies that incorporate her innovative approach to organizational culture change, communications strategies, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across public and private sector clients. Indicative of Stephanie’s belief in partnership and building the best team for each project which sometimes includes bringing complimentary skills to SCB, while supporting other small and women-owned businesses who are aligned with SCB values.
