The City of Philadelphia launched a large-scale Workday ERP transformation to modernize financial, human capital, payroll, and procurement operations. To help ensure the program remained aligned with business objectives, managed implementation risks, and held vendors accountable, the City sought an independent advisor to represent its interests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
SCB serves on the City’s Owner’s Representative and Independent Validation & Verification (IV&V) team, providing executive-level governance, strategic oversight, project management, vendor accountability, risk management, and quality assurance. Acting as an extension of the City’s leadership team, SCB helps ensure critical decisions are informed, risks are proactively managed, and implementation activities remain aligned with organizational goals.
